The Gatlinburg Crafters Fair is not your average craft fair, and was rated as being one of the southeast’s “Most Popular Events”.   Located in Downtown Gatlinburg Conventions Center, with 200 booths and 150,000sq ft this market comes alive with unique handmade treasures. The Gatlinburg Crafters Fair has 2 events, one being their summer craft fair in July From the 12th to – the 21st and is open daily 10 am- 5 pm. The other event is the fall craft fair in October which is also open daily from 10 am- 5 pm.

Admission

Admission is $10 for Adults, Children 17 and under are free with paid adults. Multi-day passes are available, you would need to visit the office with your ID to receive your pass. Tickets are available only at the door, cash or credit/debit cards are accepted, while most vendors take debit/credit and cash, there is an ATM on site.

The fair proudly boasts an exclusive collection of handmade items of top quality and originality so you won’t find two booths exactly alike. The Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair features exceptional pottery, leather goods, copper art, local candy makers, and an array of other unique treasures.

The Gatlinburg Crafters Fair is a family-friendly event for all ages, and each year they collaborate with Smoky Mountain Resort Ministries. They offer a free Kid’s Corner where they have a variety of fun DIY crafts they can take home with them. Daily music shows are included with the admission price, featuring contemporary country, bluegrass, and gospel tunes at 12 PM and 3 PM.

Exploring the Gatlinburg Crafters Fair typically takes most of the day if you want to immerse yourself in their world of artistry and creativity. For those who find themselves unable to see it all in one day, multi-day passes are available at the Craftsmen’s Fair office located at the end of aisle 500.

Concessions are conveniently available for purchase within the Gatlinburg Convention Center, ensuring that visitors can refuel and recharge during their exploration of this expansive event.

Parking

Visit Gatlinburg effortlessly with their convenient public transit and parking options. Park at free Park and Ride lots or pay-to-park locations, then hop on a trolley to Gatlinburg Convention Center and beyond. Free lots are located at Hwy 441 Welcome Center, and City Hall . Other lots include Traffic Light No. 3 Garage and Ripley’s Aquarium Garage . 

Trolleys on blue/purple routes run 8:30 am to midnight, May 1 to October 31, approximately every 45 minutes. The Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair is full of  new experiences and the chance to connect with skilled artisans, making it an event not to be missed!
