With an indoor blacklight course featuring sea life and other creatures and two outdoor mountainside courses, Gatlin’s Mini Golf is a top choice filled with plenty of exciting game options. As one of the largest Gatlinburg mini golf spots, the location boasts 45 holes and creative courses that use plants, flowers, and centuries-old trees as part of the landscape. When you move through the courses, you’ll also get a history lesson; signs tell stories of the first Smoky Mountain settlers and how the National Park was created.
#2 Hillbilly Golf

Popular among locals and visitors, Hillbilly Golf has a unique feature that you won’t find in many other places. Players ride up the side of the mountain in a train car to begin the course. As you work your way down, take a peek at other interesting features, such as moonshine stills, outhouses, and banjo music in the background. The location has two 18-hole courses and is open seasonally from March to November.
#3 Circus Golf

Located at the Amazing Mirror Maze, this indoor Gatlinburg mini golf course lives up to its name with a special effects black light circus-themed course. Animals, clowns, and even a ringmaster greet you as you move through each hole. Because it is indoors, it is a great choice during inclement weather, and with a ticket upgrade, you can get a combo package featuring both the course and the mirror maze next door.
#4 Treasure Quest Golf

An affordable option for families or groups is Treasure Quest Golf. The 18-hole indoor course has adventure at every turn, including a huge replica of a creature’s toothed jaw, a jungle temple, a mummy’s tomb, dino bones, alligators, and so much more. Five holes feature blacklight to add even more ambiance to your playtime.
#5 Ripley’s Mini Golf

Ripley’s is a big attraction in the Smoky Mountains region, and they even have a few mini-golf choices. Ripley’s Davy Crockett Mini Golf provides two outdoor courses to play with Crockett himself (well, a raccoon version, that is) along with his animal friends. There is also the Super Fun Zone, an indoor Ripley’s option perfect for younger players as well as Old MacDonald’s Farm Mini Golf, which features an impressive 54 holes for farm family fun. Nearby in Pigeon Forge, check out the latest addition to mini golf courses in the region– Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay. Opening this summer, the location has not only an 18-hole indoor course but an 18-hole rooftop pirate-themed option. The family who runs this new course has two other locations nearby: Toy Box Mini Golf (toy-themed) and Crave Mini Golf (candy-themed and fully handicap accessible).
#7 Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf

Also located in Pigeon Forge is Professor Hacker’s Lost Treasure Golf. With two 18-hole courses, players search for ancient gold and diamond mines as if they are Professor Hackers, an explorer, archaeologists, anthropologists, paleontologists, and part-time taxidermists. Take the mining train to the top of the mountain and visit the cave, pirate ship, temple, waterfall, and volcano to find treasure. The location used to be Magic World, and now the course has incorporated some of the previous attractions elements into the courses.
